Locums - Lakewood, Colorado, Neurosurgery Job (IMLC Welcome!)

Clinical Role:

• Ongoing dates have yet to be released and are TBD, starting October 2025
• 24-hour call - 7a-7a
• Setting: Call, Inpatient Trauma Level I
• FTE: 1.0
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: Level I Trauma facility with primary call requirements - 24/7/365 proficiency in general Neurosurgery, trauma, spine
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: None
• Reason for Coverage: Vacancies and need for additional primary call coverage providers
• EMR Training Requirements:
  • Module (learn lessons) - Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training
  • EMR Virtual training - Must be scheduled after module completion to avoid missing the first day
• Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in Neurological Surgery - Required
  • Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission) - Required
  • Active ACLS, BLS - Required
  • Active DEA - Required for credentialing (transferred DEA considered, but must be maintained throughout the assignment)
