Mission Health/HCA Healthcare in Asheville, North Carolina, seeks Neurosurgical Advanced Practice Providers to join a busy neurosurgery practice. The team includes seven neurosurgeons and five APPs in a high-volume setting.

This inpatient role involves rounds, consults, ED responses, and potential OR time, with 3x12-hour night shifts and rotating weekends. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
• BLS, ACLS/PALS certification.
• NC or multi-state nursing license a plus.
• APP experience preferred in neurosurgery or similar surgical practice/OR setting.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rounding, consults, and responding to the ED.
• Potential OR time as part of the neurosurgery team.
• Three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.

Position Overview

• Join an established group of 7 Neurosurgeons and 5 APPs
• In-patient only role - rounding, consults, responding to ED, and potential OR time
• 3 shifts/week 12 hours (7 pm – 7 am); rotating weekends

Please note that this position does not offer visa support
