Background:

The provider from CoSE will be on medical leave until the end of January 2022, with potential extension until early April, depending on follow-up outcomes. We are seeking 1-2 locums to cover nighttime call (5 PM - 7 AM) and weekend coverage (Friday 5 PM - Monday 7 AM).

Coverage Details:

• Dates Needed: January 31 - April 3
• Practice Setting: Nighttime and weekend call coverage
• Board Certification: Yes
• Temporary Privileges: Available
• License: Active Ohio license required
• Coverage Type: Call
• Rounding: None Monday-Friday (emergent cases only), Weekend (with APP support, 2-4 hours)
• Call Backs: 1-2 in a 24-hour shift
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: M-F (2 APPs), Weekend (1 APP)
