- Head/neck surg (including thyroid), Chest wall/pleural procedures, Breast surgery, OB&Gyn surgery: Cesarean section.
- D&C, Hysterectomy, Liver surg, GI endoscopy: Upper & Lower; Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy.
- Minor Orthopedics, Hand Surg, Ventilation mgmt, Chest tube insertion, Central line insertion, PA Catheter placement, Laser certification, Vascular Surg, Plastic Surg.
- For Pediatric Surgeons: Artesias, Abdominal wall defects, Umbilical defects, Diaphragmatic hernia, Imperforate anus, PDA ligation.

Requirements:
