Job description

An independent hospital in a charming seaside community seeks a General Surgeon to join its established practice. The hospital is well-respected for its clinical excellence and industry-leading patient experience, and is a beloved focal point in the community.

The Position:

1. Join the 3-surgeon group as a .75 FTE surgeon
2. 48 Adult Medicine Beds and 5 ICU-designated Beds
3. Consistent weekly blocked operating times
4. Da Vinci Surgical System with dedicated robotics-trained first assistant and blocked robot time
5. Comprehensive oncology department and strong primary care services
6. Breast surgery experience is desired and will be expected of the joining surgeon
7. Full-time (.75 FTE), hospital-employed, base salary with bonus, benefits, and loan forgiveness
