Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician who is also a Civil Surgeon to join their Louisville location on a part-time basis.

Details and Requirements:

1. Part-time schedule, 1-2 days per week
2. Performing an average of 8-10 civil surgeon exams daily
3. Primarily conducting immigration and travel physicals
4. Flexible scheduling, available any business day Monday through Friday
5. Civil Surgeon certification required, or willingness to obtain certification (application is quick; USCIS processing takes about 3 months)
