General Surgery opening - Kane, PA

Located in Northwest Pennsylvania, 90 miles to Erie.

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Practice receives referrals from a large health network, including clinics in seven nearby communities.
• The hospital has 31 acute care beds.
• All admissions are managed at one facility.
• Operating room cases average over 100 procedures per month, with no obstetrics.
• Cases involve bread-and-butter surgeries, including laparoscopies, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, hernia repairs, endoscopies, colonoscopies, enterectomies, etc.
• The practice emphasizes consistent high-quality care and efficiency in a friendly atmosphere.
• The active medical staff offers a broad range of primary care and specialty services, including cardiology, community wellness, emergency medicine, family medicine, gynecology, home health care, internal medicine, occupational medicine, urology, oncology/outpatient chemotherapy, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain medicine, pathology, podiatric medicine, radiology, rehabilitation services, and surgery.
