Salary: $220k-305k

Work-Life Balance:

  • Monday to Friday Schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM

  • No Nights, Weekends, Holidays, or On-Call Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure excellence in patient care.

  • Actively engage in clinical quality improvement initiatives.

  • Build relationships with employers and community partners to support healthcare initiatives.

  • Mentor and support staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.

  • DEA license.

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Preferred two years of clinical and supervisory experience.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
