• Board Certified in General Surgery required.

Responsibilities

• Weekly schedule includes clinic, surgery, endoscopy, and outreach.
• 1:2 weekday call and 1:4 community call duties.
• Potential for growth in unique or new services.

Job description

Location: Centrally located in the heart of the Detroit Lakes Area, 1 hour from Fargo and 3 hours from the Twin Cities.

Opportunity: General Surgeon
Full-time permanent position
Flexibility to work 0.8 - 1.0 FTE.
1:2 weekday call
1:4 weekend/holiday community call
Weekly schedule consists of clinic, surgery, endoscopy, and daytime outreach which could include Perham and Fosston, MN
Board Certified- Required
ATLS- Required
Practice includes general, colorectal, laparoscopic, wound care, endoscopy and colonoscopy; practice has growth potential for unique or new services.
Compensation: Competitive salary with incentive-based on experience, 6+ weeks vacation, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package.
