Position: Surgery Coordinator– Full Time - Stockdale Clinics - Bilingual Preferred.

Compensation The estimated pay for this position is: $22.41 to $30.12 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role through differentials, incentives, and bonuses. In addition, this position may be eligible for participation and company contributions into 401(k).

As a Surgery Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the surgery process for outpatient services in a healthcare setting. You will work under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager.

• Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to schedule surgical procedures, ensuring optimal utilization of operating rooms, staff, and resources.
• Coordinate surgery schedules with patient preferences, surgeon availability, and clinical priorities.
• Communicate pre-operative instructions, surgical preparations, and post-operative care guidelines to patients in a clear and compassionate manner.

Employment Standards

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• One (1) year of outpatient clinic or medical office experience in scheduling and/or authorizations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
