Job summary

Prevea Health is hiring a CMA/LPN for the Surgery team at St Mary's MOB in Green Bay. This full-time position offers 32 hours per week with a sign-on bonus eligible.

You will pre-visit plan, assist with procedures, and handle both administrative and clinical tasks to support the provider and patient during visits. The role requires graduation from an approved Medical Assistant or Practical Nursing program, with direct patient care experience and current licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant or Practical Nursing program.
• Minimum of 160 hours of direct patient care experience as a MA/LPN.
• Current clinical experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Current clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, perform and document vital signs and patient backgrounds.
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointment, enter orders and prepare patient charts.
• Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure or certification.
• Prepare patients and assist medical providers with in-office procedures and prepare and administer medications/immunizations.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment to be within infection control standards; ensure appropriate levels of medical supplies.
