Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Healthcare related field.
• 7+ years of healthcare management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a multi-provider environment and surgery clinic preferred.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Collaborative leadership style and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise surgical administrative and front office staff.
• Oversee daily operations such as appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out.
• Develop systems to support practice-wide activities.
• Promote effective communication and information flow.
• Analyze general and specific business conditions related to operational issues and advise on improvements.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage schedules.
• Ensure patient access, registration accuracy, and data entry in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to improve patient experience.
• Address operational issues and patient complaints promptly.
• Drive quality improvement projects and coordinate across departments.
• Ensure clinic compliance with care standards and regulations.
• Participate in incident reporting and reviews.
