Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Healthcare related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare management with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience managing remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise surgical administrative and front office staff.
• Oversee daily operations such as scheduling, patient check-in/check-out.
• Develop systems to support practice-wide activities.
• Promote effective communication within the practice.
• Analyze business conditions and advise on issues.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage schedules.
• Collaborate with billing, IT, and facilities.
• Ensure clinic compliance with care standards and laws.
• Participate in incident reporting and quality improvement.
