• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Receptionist/secretarial clinic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD codes preferred.
• Strong clerical and keyboarding skills; able to operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to learn EMR and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and families professionally and answers/redirects calls.
• Schedules patient appointments and collects necessary information for registration.
• Scans documents into EMR and updates registration/visit status.
• Shares information accurately and maintains patient privacy per notices.
