Job summary

Campbell Clinic in Germantown, TN is seeking a Surgery Center Clinical Director to lead daily clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation. You will ensure safe patient care while meeting OSHA, EPA, CDC and accreditation standards.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate with physicians, staff and leadership. The role requires BSN, an RN license (TN or multi-state), and 7–10 years peri-operative nursing with 5+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited post-secondary nursing program and BSN.
• Current Tennessee RN license or multi-state compact.
• 7–10 years peri-operative nursing with 5+ years in management.
• Strong leadership, analytical reasoning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with physicians, staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations across locations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate healthcare staff; manage staffing and budgets.
• Develop and implement clinical policies; ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Monitor patient care quality, handle complaints, and drive quality improvement.
• Coordinate with medical staff, administration, and vendors; ensure timely patient flow.
