Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Seattle, WA is seeking a Surgery Center Supervisor to lead daily surgical center operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care.

The role partners with physicians and clinical leadership to optimize staffing, workflows, and readiness for inspections, while directly supporting patient care and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) required.
• Active RN license with Washington State Board of Nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day surgical center operations for safe, compliant patient care.
• Maintain regulatory, accreditation, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
• Support inspections, audits, and accreditation surveys.
• Develop and maintain workflows, policies, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to manage inventory and resources.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, patient flow, and provider needs.
