Responsibilities

  • Lead daily ambulatory surgery center operations including administrative, clinical, and business functions
  • Serve as liaison between governing board, medical staff, facility leadership and Client's Home Office
  • Ensure regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards compliance
  • Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets
  • Monitor financial performance and address operational risks
  • Oversee staffing, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination
  • Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts
  • Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives
