Job summary

United Surgical Partners International seeks a Surgery Center Administrator for Endoscopy Institute of Hawaii in Honolulu, HI. The role leads day-to-day operations, drives clinical quality, financial performance, and physician relationships within an ASC setting.

You will partner with governing boards and USPI Home Office to sustain performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a positive patient and staff experience.

Qualifications

  • Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership experience, or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure.
  • Minimum of three years in senior administrative or healthcare management.
  • Experience partnering with physicians and clinical leadership.
  • Proven budget management and achievement of financial goals in healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily facility operations, including administrative, clinical support, and business functions.
  • Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
  • Oversee staffing, employee performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination.
  • Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.
  • Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
  • Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.

United Surgical Partners International, the country’s largest ASC platform is currently seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Endoscopy Institute of Hawaii.

Endoscopy Institute of Hawaii is located in Honolulu, HI. Our facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Endoscopy Institute of Hawaiiisa facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 2 treatment rooms. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Orthopedics and GI.

The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.

Job Summary
