Job summary

Bear Creek Surgery Center in Keller, TX, part of United Surgical Partners International, seeks a Surgery Center Administrator to lead day-to-day operations and partner with physicians, staff, and governing boards. • Experience with fully managing a budget and hitting/exceeding financial goals in a healthcare leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations, including administrative, clinical support, and business functions.
• Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Oversee staffing, employee performance management, and workforce planning.
• Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination.
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.

United Surgical Partners International, the country's largest ASC platform is currently seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Bear Creek Surgery Center.

Bear Creek Surgery Center is in Keller, TX. Our facility is accredited by the Joint Commission. Bear Creek Surgery Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 2 OR's and 1 PR. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Hand, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Joint Replacement.

The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.
