Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, the country’s largest ASC platform, seeks a Surgery Center Administrator for Palm Beach International Surgery Center at the Paley Institute in West Palm Beach, FL. The role leads day-to-day operations, collaborates with physicians, staff, and governance boards, and drives quality, efficiency and patient experience.

The administrator manages financial performance, compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and relationships with medical staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of senior administrative or healthcare management experience.
  • Experience working closely with physicians and clinical leadership.
  • Experience with fully managing a budget and hitting/exceeding financial goals in a healthcare leadership position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily facility operations, including administrative, clinical support, and business functions.
  • Liaise between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
  • Oversee staffing, employee performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination.
  • Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.
  • Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
  • Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.

United Surgical Partners International, the country's largest ASC platform, is currently seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Palm Beach International Surgery Center at the Paley Institute located in West Palm Beach, FL.

Our facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Palm Beach Intenrational Surgery Center at the Plaey Institute is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 2 Operating Rooms and 1 Procedure Room. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Orthopedic Surgery.

The ideal candidate for this role will have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience and specific experience with orthopedics.

Job Summary
