Summary

The Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Division in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine seeks a board certified general or surgical critical care surgeon to join as Professor to support its affiliate hospitals.

Job Duties
  • Conduct clinical activities at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center - McNair Campus.
  • Contribute to the success of the organization through high quality patient care services.
  • Provide call coverage for CHI St. Luke's Hospital.
  • Actively participate in college, department, hospital and clinical professional meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Texas Medical Board certification or eligibility.
  • Completion of a certified general surgery residency program.
  • American Board of Surgery certification or eligibility for general surgery and/or surgical critical care.
