Shifts are available for 8, 10, or 12 hours. On‑call duty is required one night per week and one and a half weekends every 8 weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of experience in a Level II or higher facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a range of surgical procedures including orthopedic trauma, cranial surgeries, cystoscopy, and robotic‑assisted surgeries. Responsibilities will include preparing operating rooms, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring all equipment is sterile and functional.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile environments in the operating room.
• Assist with various surgical procedures including total joints, robotic general surgeries, ENT, and others.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Participate in patient safety initiatives and adhere to hospital policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 2+ years of Surgical Technologist experience in a Level II facility or higher.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Proficiency with DaVinci robotic systems and advanced surgical skills.
