Qualifications

• BS Engineering or Chemistry with 10 years lab experience; or MS with 2+ years lab experience.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
• Emerging capability in method development and instrumentation.
• Commitment to safety, data integrity, and scientific rigor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfactant samples, solutions, and formulations according to established test methods.
• Conduct physical and chemical testing of surfactants (surface/interfacial tension, foam, wetting, emulsions).
• Maintain chemical and sample inventory.
• Assist with development of lab programs and data analysis for field performance and production outcomes.
• Contribute to invention disclosures, publications, and presentations.
• Lead equipment maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Ensure safety, documentation, and data traceability.
