The candidate will design experiments, map phase spaces, develop predictive models, and collaborate across R&D teams to translate findings into product design rules.

Qualifications

• PhD in Colloid and Interface Science or closely related STEM field.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of surfactant science and phase behavior.
• Hands-on instrumentation in surface tensiometry, DLS, zeta-potential, rheology, and interfacial measurements.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to study phase behavior and self-assembly of taurate and amino acid surfactants.
• Map interactions between surfactants and dentifrice components.
• Build models for flavor release and solubilization using HLD framework.
• Integrate experimental data into predictive models and collaborate across R&D teams.
