Surface Experts is seeking a skilled Technician to perform daily surface repairs at client sites across Tampa. You will visit multiple sites, apply hands-on trade skills, and deliver exceptional customer service while learning our 5-step repair process.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with a hands-on trade in construction, manufacturing, or painting.
• Color knowledge is crucial for color matching and repairs.
• Maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Visit 4+ jobsites every day and perform on-site repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with staff.
• Work in settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and building sites.
• Use CRM/Dispatch tool to keep progress notes and updates.
• Reach out to Support Team with questions or issues.
• Follow the 5-step repair process and master the toolkit parts.
