Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to service surfaces in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll perform small repairs using a streamlined 5-step process and provide excellent service to tenants and property management staff. The role includes a base wage of $25 per hour with performance bonuses and a monthly bonus program.

Great work/life balance with no weekends, paid holidays, and paid time off. A company car is provided to support on-site visits and repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience performing hands-on work in construction, manufacturing, painting, or similar hobbies.
• Color matching and color reproduction skills are essential.
• Facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
