Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. is hiring Blasters at our Belen, NM location. As a blaster, you’ll prepare materials and surfaces for coating, and operate equipment to remove scale, corrosion, paint, and dirt from product surfaces.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a manufacturing setting. Qualifications include English proficiency, willingness to learn, and dependable teamwork. Training will be provided for the Tugger certification, with a strong emphasis on flexibility,

Responsibilities

• Remove scale, corrosion, paint, and dirt from interior and exterior product surfaces using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Learn system components to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Ensure safety of all team members and participate in safety practices.
• Lead or assist in tasks to meet deadlines and maintain housekeeping.
• Train new or existing team members and assist in field operations.
