Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on surface design experience, especially in stationery or related product categories.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong design fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of composition, color theory and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to feedback from Creative Director and Art Director, meeting timelines.
• Conjure original surface patterns through digital and traditional techniques.
• Stay ahead of trends by exploring marketplaces and curating mood boards.
• Translate trends into cohesive designs for product collections.
• Manage design projects from concepts to production-ready artwork.
• Collaborate with production team to translate designs to final products.
• Maintain organized workspace and communicate progress daily.
• Support teammates and enhance overall design output.
