Perform work instructions to complete product assembly and in accordance to standard work procedures.
Align components and other parts for assembly.
Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area.
Deliver material to work in process work centers.
Complete pre-assembly work if required.
Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures.
Perform quality checks on assembly parts using written test specifications.
Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Job description

The Surface Mount Assembler A completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.

Compensation: $31.23 Per Hour.

Responsibilities

Perform work instructions to complete product assembly and in accordance to standard work procedures
Align components and other parts for assembly
Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area
Deliver material to work in process work centers
Complete pre-assembly work if required
Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures
Perform quality checks on assembly parts using written test specifications
Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
