Job summary

Wyoming Army National Guard is seeking a Surface Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor within the WY Unit Training Equipment Site. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations for self-propelled and other mobile equipment and ensuring adherence to procedures.

Candidates must be permanent or indefinite technicians in WY ARNG, be able to obtain/maintain a T3/SECRET clearance, and be prepared for potential supervisory probation. Local relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and directing work for lower grade personnel.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a T3/SECRET security clearance.
• Permanent or indefinite technician status in WY ARNG required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers directly or through subordinate leaders to accomplish maintenance tasks.
• Plan work operations, determine sequence and priority within broad schedules.
• Develop and enforce standing operating procedures for the activity supervised.
