Job summary

Anchor Bay Powder Coat is seeking a Production Associate to produce parts in line with schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. You will operate equipment such as blast booths, paint booths, and curing ovens, and prepare parts by cleaning, masking and staging them according to production specs.

You will follow work orders, support ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance, document results, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and participate in 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate equipment including blast booths, paint booths, curing ovens, and material handling systems.
• Inspect and prepare parts by cleaning, masking, plugging, and staging per specs.
