Blu Omega Inc. is seeking a Command and Control Systems Expert to support a federal program focused on mission area, operating onsite in Washington, DC. The role involves analysis, assessment, documentation, and briefings for C2 and related systems, with security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

The position emphasizes collaboration with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve operational decision-making and mission execution, within a DoD/IC context.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting Command and Control, C4ISR, battle management, mission systems, operational planning systems, or military communications environments.
• Ability to communicate technical and operational findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Support analysis, planning, and advisory efforts related to command and control systems and mission operations.
• Assess C2, C4ISR, battle management, communications, and mission system capabilities.
• Support requirements development, system assessments, capability analysis, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate how systems, data, communications, and workflows support operational decision-making and mission execution.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity teams, communications teams, program managers, and government stakeholders.
• Support integration planning across mission systems, operational platforms, and enterprise technology environments.
• Develop briefings, white papers, assessments, reports, and decision-support materials for government customers.
• Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support discussions related to C2 modernization, mission integration, interoperability, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with security requirements, mission objectives, and program priorities.
