Job description

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a senior-level attorney to join its Surety & Fidelity team at its New Jersey office. The ideal candidate for this role is a commercial litigator with 5+ years of experience, with significant experience litigating in the federal and state courts of both New York and New Jersey. Experience with surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters is a plus. Admission to the New Jersey and New York bars is required.

The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 – $215,000 + bonus + benefits.
