Surety & Fidelity Senior-Level Attorney Opportunity

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC ("CSG Law") is seeking a senior-level attorney to join our Surety & Fidelity team in our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate for this role is a commercial litigator with 5+ years of experience, with significant experience litigating in the federal and state courts of both New York and New Jersey. Experience with surety, construction litigation, and / or insurance coverage matters is a plus. Admission to the New Jersey and New York bars is required.

The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000.

The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the role for which the applicant is hired, the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held.

The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law's total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan.
