Surety Account Coordinator, Commercial Lines

Overview

The Account Coordinator assists the Account Executive or Account Representative with servicing, invoicing, and general administrative duties related to contract surety or commercial surety units. Responsibilities include issuance and renewal of bonds, bid results, payment follow-up, producer financial filing duties, and other projects as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares and executes bonds and documents for clients

  • Works efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Reviews bid specifications and executes bid bonds accurately
  • Understands financial document management and e-filing
  • Gains knowledge of contract surety including bid, performance, and payment bonds
  • Performs other duties as assigned
