Eastside Medical Center seeks a Respiratory Care Supervisor to lead shift activities, resource planning, scheduling, and staff development. You will ensure adherence to clinical protocols and provide mentorship to team members.

The role requires 2 years of progressive respiratory care experience and an associate degree; a bachelor's is preferred. Licensure in Georgia, NBRC RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS are required upon hire. This is an on-site hospital position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required for the role.
• Two years of progressive respiratory care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensing and certifications: NBRC RRT, GA license; BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS required.

Qualifications

Education

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years of progressive work experience in respiratory care. Required
• Prior Supervisory experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• ACLS Has and maintains Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); has and maintains a current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia. Current BLS, ACLS (ALS can be used in place of ACLS), NRP and PALS certifications required. Upon Hire Required
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
