Education

• Associates Degree: Requires an Associates in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.

Work Experience

• 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory care. Current BCLS, ACLS and NRP certifications. Proficient in all patient care settings (i.e., adult ICU, NICU). If limited NICU experience, able to ramp up basic skill set (i.e., delivery support, blood gases, equipment setup) within a defined timeframe.

Licenses and Certifications

• Is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); has and maintains a current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia.
