Job summary

Eastside Medical Center seeks a Respiratory Care Supervisor to lead shift activities, resource planning, scheduling, and staff development. You will ensure adherence to clinical protocols and provide mentorship to team members.

The role requires 2 years of progressive respiratory care experience and an associate degree; a bachelor's is preferred. Licensure in Georgia, NBRC RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS are required upon hire. This is an on-site hospital position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required for the role.
• Two years of progressive respiratory care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensing and certifications: NBRC RRT, GA license; BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift activities in Respiratory Care, including resourcing, monitoring and scheduling.
• Educate, develop, and discipline staff to optimize patient care.
• Maintain high-quality clinical care across hospital departments.
