Fairmount Behavioral Health System is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our leadership team on weekends. You will supervise nursing services, ensure patient safety, and provide guidance in the absence of the CNO/ADON.

Fairmount is a major regional resource for children, adolescents and adults who have psychiatric and behavioral problems as well as alcohol and drug dependency needs. The spacious campus borders Fairmount Park in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. With one of the leading alcohol and drug detox and rehab programs in Philadelphia, Fairmount is the provider of choice for individuals requiring specialized co-occurring psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment. We are currently seeking and every other weekend night Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Fairmount Behavioral Health.
The Nursing Supervisor is a member of the Nursing Leadership Team and has administrative and clinical responsibility for the functioning of nursing services for the facility in the absence of or directed by the ADON/CNO. The Nursing Supervisor also provides administrative guidance and oversight for the entire campus and departments when department managers are off site. (Including but not limited to evenings, nights and weekends). The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and role modeling for assigned staff. Supervises direct patient care, assessments and crisis management. Ensures environmental safety for the patient population. Provide training and education to staff, patients, and families. Under the supervision/guidance of CNO/ADON, conduct audits, disciplinary process communication. The Nursing Supervisor will act as a liaison to the Administrator on Call to communicate any concerns regarding patient care, staffing, and campus security. Administrative Supervisor will troubleshoot and provide feedback to staff, patients, families and regulating agencies as directed.
