Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking part-time event staff to support our Levy operations at venues around Lexington. You will assist in food service, set-up, break-down, and guest interactions in fast-paced environments.

As a team member, you will meet with managers prior to events, maintain presentation standards, and ensure safety and sanitation practices. Perks include Instapay, health and wellness programs, and an employee assistance program.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

• Supervises staff during check-ins and breaddowns.
• Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Maintains service areas.
• Employees good safety and sanitation practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
