Job summary

Compass Group USA at The Sonnentag in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor, FOH Lead. You will oversee hourly staff, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain service quality during events.

Key duties include assisting in ordering and inventory, tracking product and labor costs, training staff, sustaining efficient service during peak hours, and upholding sanitation and safety standards. A valid alcohol server permit is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol server's permit.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range: $19.00to$22.00
