Job summary

Compass Group USA in Chicago is seeking a supervisor to oversee hourly associates, ensure sanitation standards, manage inventory, and control labor and product costs while delivering excellent service at dynamic venues. This role trains staff, enforces safety policies, handles day-to-day operations, and contributes to a superior guest experience.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Implements, oversees, and follows up on all sanitation standards and procedures.
• Assists with ordering and maintaining product inventory.

• Responsible for ensuring food service equipment is secure and maintained in proper order.
• Follows sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
