Job summary

Community Counseling Center (CCC) is a behavioral health organization serving the public since 1974, operating as an administrative agent for the Missouri Department of Mental Health within a five-county catchment area.

The Clustered Apartments Program provides on-site monitoring, housing support, and intensive care for individuals with disabilities, mental illness, or poverty. Roles include client support and inter-disciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/HSE/GED is required.
• Must hold or obtain by start date MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance.
• Must also meet CCC's Motor Vehicle Record standards policy and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of community support services for Clustered Apartments Program.
• Coordinate delivery of mental health services and link with community.
• Provide training to clients in daily living skills.
• Facilitate development of personal support systems within the client's community.
• Assist clients in creating and participating in recreational activities.
• Perform bi-monthly apartment inspections and provide input on household management.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures.
