IMPOWER is hiring a Supportive Housing Case Manager in Florida to support up to 15–22 youth in Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing programs. You'll guide housing and life goals using Housing First and trauma-informed practices, including assessments and landlord relations.
Two years of case management experience and an Associate’s degree in social services are required; a Bachelor’s is preferred.
Starting at $19.23/hr. or $40,000.00 annualized. (More for relative experience and education above what is required.)
