Support, Inc. helps adults with IDD through engaging day programs both at our center and in the community. The role involves leading activities, promoting independence, and providing personalized support tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
You will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs and community outings. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior IDD experience is a bonus.
Position Status: Full/Part Time
Pay Range: Up to $22 to start and based on experience

Active and Engaged: You enjoy being out in the community, participating in events, and trying new activities.
Tech‑Savvy: You’re comfortable with basic computer tasks like sending emails and completing documentation.
Background Check Ready: You’re prepared to pass a background check with no issues.
Reliable Transportation: You have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
Education: You’ve completed high school or have a GED.
Experience Preferred: Some understanding or experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a bonus.
Candidates must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role to ensure the safety and well‑being of the individuals supported.
