Job summary

101 Healthcare Ltd is hiring a Supported Living Worker in Gloucester. You will support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives in their own homes, following a support plan and person-centred Active Support. Training is provided, with supervision and clear progression paths, plus mileage paid for work journeys.

Shifts run on a 7-day rota, including weekends; reports to Service Manager. Prior care experience helps but is not essential; what matters is patience, reliability and

• Right to work in the UK and ability to work weekends and bank holidays.

You'll help with personal care, running a home, health appointments and medication, and getting out into the community, and keep accurate records on the QCS portal.
