Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Supported Living Supervisor for the North Vernon, IN program. The role involves supervising staff, participating in ISP/PCP development, providing direct client support, and ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Two years of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and provide guidance to staff per regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ISP/PCP development as part of interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in direct service for clients.
• Complete required documentation per regulations and maintain client files.
• Maintain client home repairs and required maintenance.
