Job summary

Benchmark Human Services in South Bend, IN is seeking a Supported Living Manager to oversee operations of our Supported Living homes, supervise staff, and ensure clients receive meaningful daily activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating ISP/PCP plans, maintaining documentation, managing budgets, scheduling Medicaid appointments, communicating with families and health professionals, and guiding staff through state and federal regulations. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience working with individuals with mental disabilities.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid CPR and First Aid.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to staff in accordance with regulations and Benchmark policies.
• Participate in ISP/PCP development and direct client services.
• Maintain in-home client files and required documentation.
• Manage client budgets and Medicaid appointment scheduling.
• Communicate with families, Case Managers, health professionals, and stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and support staff training and behavior support plans.
