Job summary

Alpha Supported Living Services is seeking a Supported Living Program Coordinator with DSP duties in the Shoreline/Seattle area. Under supervision, you will oversee participant support, supervise staff, and provide occasional personal care as needed.

You will participate in planning meetings, assist with IISPs, monitor calendars, and ensure safety and compliance. A valid WA driver’s license and background check are required. Starting wage is $28.00/hr with a wage scale to $33.60/hr.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate ability to use common productivity software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to understand implications of information for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication suitable for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Supervisor and provide participant supports meeting individual needs.
• Revise staffing schedules and help cover staff absences; perform direct support shifts as needed.
• Provide on-site training to new staff and monitor related activities.
• Monitor participant homes and coordinate with staff on concerns and resolutions.
• Attend planning meetings and support IISPs implementation and progress.
