Job summary

Alpha Supported Living Services is hiring a Supported Living Programs Coordinator with DSP duties in Shoreline. The role supports participants under supervision, with onboarding and on-site staff training responsibilities and a starting wage of $28.00/hr, with a wage scale of $28.00–$33.60/hr.

The coordinator will oversee daily activities, supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with agency policy and DDA values while promoting participant independence.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel; willingness to learn new software and information systems.
• Able to understand implications of new information for problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication suited to the audience.
• Demonstrates sound judgement and decision making within scope of work.
• Knowledge of personal care skills and ability to provide participant care.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Supervisor and provide participant supports meeting individual needs.
• Attend planning meetings and support IISPs; encourage participant input and progress toward goals.
• Monitor routine tasks: calendars, cleaning, vehicle upkeep, groceries, safety checks; assist with scheduling and reporting.
• Maintain professional relationships with participants’ families and staff; participate in meetings and trainings.
